I just want to say that the turn around with replying to work orders has changed dramatically. My neighbors were talking to me about their broken outside porch light. I was outside fixing my doorbell and they asked who might I recommend to fix their porch light. I suggested that they make out a work order. The following morning, they sent out a work order. To my complete shock, later that evening at a board meeting, there was mentioned about a front porch light request. (I knew who it was for) Literally the next morning, before Noon, the maintenance crew was at my neighbors to check out their light!! That was a response of less than 24 hours. UNBELIEVABLE!!! KUDOS!!
